Firefly

I developed an esports brand concept for the popular first-person shooter VALORANT as a personal project, designing the logo, brand guidelines, graphic assets, and producing a promotional video.

I explored brand name ideas, focusing on animals and insects, and chose Firefly for its distinctive traits to tie my outcomes visually. Inspired by the top Esports logos, I chose a minimalist style for the brand mark, thoughtfully designed with 2D animation in mind.

For the video, I extracted the in-game 3D models and imported their existing animations, replacing their original textures with custom monochromatic ones. I then animated multiple camera angles per scene to sequentially showcase all five characters, emphasizing their unique abilities recolored.
